Our focus is on driving transformative conversations that foster trust, respect, and positive lasting change. Whether we lead the dialogue between our clients and Indigenous communities or support from behind the scenes, we guide every step of the engagement process with care and integrity.
Our Approach
Our approach is grounded in a deep understanding of Indigenous protocols. We ensure that traditional practices are explained and honored throughout the process, creating a space that is respectful and inclusive.
Furthermore, we are driven by the values of [re]Confederation, where we believe that genuine engagement should be a collaborative process where all voices are heard. We also convene discussions and roundtables on specific topics and issues, as we’ve done with institutions like Memorial University and the City of Kingston, bringing diverse stakeholders together for constructive dialogue
